Removed the old Banco di Caribe Mobile App (white icon)
Downloaded the latest version of the Banco di Caribe Mobile App (orange icon) from App store or Google Play.

Simply open the BdC Mobile App on your smartphone and tap ‘Sign in’.
Your device will prompt you to enable biometric authentication. If you select ‘Yes’, you will be able to log in using your existing fingerprint or facial recognition. Once authenticated, you will be signed in and ready to explore the updated BdC Mobile App.
If you choose not to enable biometric login, you can sign in using the 4 to 6-digit PIN you created during the registration process.
The answer is yes. Once you have registered your app, you can continue to using both the Mobile App and the BdC Online web-based platform. Here is how to login via the website:
Go to https://online.bancodicaribe.com/ on your device
Select your market
Enter your Loign ID and then tap “Continue”
On your screen will appear a Cronto code
Simultaneously you will receive a push notification from the BdC Mobile app on your phone asking if you are trying to login
Tap ‘Yes’ to confirm the login
If you do not receive a push notification from the app:
Open the BdC Mobile App and tap on ‘Approve’
Tap ‘Scan Cronto for Authentication’ and you camera will open automatically
Point your phone at the Cronto on the screen of the device you are logging in from
Once scanned, your login will be completed automatically.
Yes, sub-users can use the new Mobile Banking App. Please note that if:
the sub-user already exists, the main user must first contact the bank to request activation of the enrollment process for the sub-user. This will enable the sub-user to complete the registration of the downloaded Mobile App.
If the sub-user has not been created yet, the main user can create and enroll the sub-user through the web-based BdC Online platform, granting the necessary permissions for mobile access. New sub-users will receive an email to start the registration process without needing a token, which differs from existing users who register with a token.
You can approve up to ten (10) payments or transfers at once.
You will have approximately three (3) months from the launch date to transition to the updated version of the Banco di Caribe Mobile banking app. We recommend making the switch as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted access to all features and updates.
Your Login ID is the 6-digit Customer ID you originally received from the bank. However, if you have changed your Login ID in the past, you will need to use the new one instead. The original 6-digit ID will no longer work.
