By agreeing to the following I authorize Banco di Caribe N.V. (the bank) to deliver SMS messages to my mobile phone number listed above and registered on file with the bank.


The SMS messages pertain to notifications for informational use of specific transactions executed on my Bank/Credit/MultiCard account(s) as registered under my Bank/Credit/MultiCard client associated to my Debit/Credit/MultiCard on file.

It is my responsibility to notify the bank in writing each time my mobile phone number changes.

I understand and acknowledge that the bank has no control as to who has access to my mobile phone. Therefore, I understand that the bank will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to the SMS notifications on my mobile phone.


I agree that the bank has the right to terminate its obligation to provide SMS services and that the bank may, if necessary, change the terms & conditions regarding SMS services upon prior written notice.


I understand that the SMS Service delivery may be unavailable at certain times for maintenance or due to unscheduled or unforeseen events.  In addition, the bank is not responsible for verifying that my mobile phone device is suitable for receiving the message format used for this service. The bank is not liable for any consequential damage that may result from the unavailability of the service.


I understand that the bank’s general terms & conditions apply to the SMS services provided by the bank.
